Working Process

The workflow of the multi-column vertical packaging machine mainly includes the following steps, which will be represented and summarised in the following sub-points according to a clear format:

Material Preparation and Placement: First, prepare the materials required for packaging, such as bags, products, etc., and place them in the corresponding positions of the packaging machine for normal use of the machine.

Starting and checking: Switch on the power switch of the packaging machine and start the machine. Before starting, check whether the compressed air pressure meets the requirements (e.g. above 0.6 bar), and check whether the main parts such as heating tape, scissors and trolley parts are intact. Check that there are no other people around the machine to ensure safety after start-up.

Parameter setting: Set the temperature, sealing time, sealing speed, filling capacity value and other parameters according to the manual of the packaging machine to ensure the normal operation of the machine and product quality.

Automatic bag feeding and opening: the packaging machine will automatically send the pre-made bags from the storage position to the machine, and accurately placed to the position of the material to be filled. Filling and sealing: According to the size of the bag and the nature of the material to be filled, the machine automatically adjusts the filling volume and time to fill the material into the bag. After filling, the mouth of the bag will be sealed automatically. The sealing methods include longitudinal sealing (by heat sealing) and transverse sealing (by cutting at the sealing position to complete the sealing).

Cutting and Finished Product Output: After the sealing is completed, the machine cuts the bags according to their size and divides them into individual bags. The finished bags are sent out through the output section of the machine for subsequent processing or packaging.

Monitoring and Adjustment: During the production process, the product quality is checked at any time, such as whether the shredded vegetables, vacuum degree, heat sealing line, buckling, weight, etc. are qualified. If there is any problem, adjust the relevant parameters or operation of the machine in time to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
